We understand that hearing loss intervention does not begin or end with hearing aids. Properly addressing hearing loss is a complex process that requires a committed and competent provider who guides patients through the hearing health journey using best practice guidelines.

This includes completing a comprehensive assessment to determine your needs, goals, and expectations. Followed by educating and orienting you to the most adequate intervention option. Once a hearing loss management plan is established, real ear measurements (REMs) are used to verify proper function of the chosen technology. Subjective validation of the intervention through use of outcome measures or assessments is also critical to ensure that a benefit is perceived by the patient.
